Organization

AccuShred NW will index your cartons on our computers and store them on steel shelving. Our system provides you with web accessibility, a wide range of management reports, detail on what you have in storage. It will also identify the cartons and their contents, cross reference them to date and span, and provide you with assigned destruction dates. Nothing is moved, removed or destroyed without your specific permission and instruction.

Safety & Security

Security at the facility includes a locked, gated storage center with perimeter fencing, camera security, alarms, central monitoring, password security, identity verification, visitor escorting, controlled environment and a complete fire system. Access to the facility is limited to the viewing room by your pre-assigned personnel.

Access

Most warehouse operations store and retrieve documents. With AccuShred NW as your business partner, you will experience our total service concept. We will retrieve any carton, file or document and deliver it to you via fax, mail, email or courier. Delivery is available seven days a week on an hourly, daily or weekly basis. Phone and copy service is also available. Our objective is to provide you and your company with unlimited space for the continuous control and flow of records at a greatly reduced cost over "in house" retention.
